How it works
- The problem statement is issued at the start of the session; no prior preparation on it is permitted.
- Teams get exactly 4 hours to ideate, design, build and prepare a demo.
- At least one generative AI tool must be used, and teams must be able to explain their prompts and approach.
- The prototype may be a software application, web or mobile demo, AI-model demonstration, simulated hardware/IoT concept or a hybrid.
- The core solution must be original work built within the 4-hour window; pre-built products are not allowed.
- Documentation and the final presentation must be in English, and content must be appropriate for a college-level event.
- External code, data and assets must be legally permitted for use.
- Plagiarism, use of a pre-existing product or violation of the time limit may lead to disqualification.
- The decision of the judging panel is final and binding.
What you submit
- A working demo (or a demo video or screen recording as backup) within the 4-hour deadline.
- A brief write-up of your problem interpretation, approach and the AI tools and prompts used.
- A short live demo and pitch. Late submissions may be disqualified.
