How it works
- Round 1, The Hot Seat: analyse a scenario, write a decision, defend it, and adapt when new information arrives. 10 minutes thinking, 5 minutes written statement, 8 minutes revised presentation.
- Round 2, Random Alliance: random pairs analyse an existing company’s case, identify its limits, develop a better approach and adapt to new information. 15 minutes preparation.
- Round 3, The Mistake: take a leadership role, acknowledge an error, set priorities, build a recovery plan and communicate the response. 20 minutes preparation.
What you submit
- Present your decisions, solutions and justifications to the panel across the three rounds.
